West Henrietta, NY— The Lewis family of companies today announced the expansion of its corporate leadership team with two key hires, Huntley Hedrick, Vice President of Technology and Timothy Marion, Controller, and the promotion of Eric Scherer to Division Vice President on the Lewis operational leadership team.

Huntley Hedrick, Vice President of Technology
Huntley joined Lewis Tree Service from previous positions at Xerox/EDS, Bausch and Lomb, and Ultralife Corporation in various information technology roles. He has over 25 years of experience in the information technology field providing engineering, security, management, organizational leadership, and team building.
Huntley received his bachelor’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and has completed additional leadership development certifications throughout his career.
Timothy Marion, Controller
Tim joined Lewis Tree Service in August 2020 from Deloitte & Touche where he served as a Senior Manager, leading financial statement audits and accounting implementation projects for over ten years. Tim received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York state.
Eric Scherer, Division Vice President, Operations
After exiting the military, Eric joined the Lewis family of companies as a Division Manager in 2013. While in the military, he was deployed five times in support of the Global War on Terror, lived in Europe, and traveled to over 35 countries.
Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, with Honors, from the University of South Florida and was inducted into the International Economics Honor Society, Omicron Delta Epsilon. He is currently completing his Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in management, at the John C. Massey School of Business at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
